I've worked in this area for over 30 years and can:
- act as your adviser giving impartial advice on the best tests to use to meet your needs, and putting you in touch with test and training suppliers;
- support you in introducing testing, including internal marketing to colleagues and senior managers;
- run your testing and appraisal exercises and provde feedback on your results if you decide not to get, or haven’t yet been, trained;
- source solutions ranging from specific tests to consultants with relevant skills;
- write short, informal questionnaires to gauge attitudes with in your organisation, analysing the results and reporting back.
I have been involved in the creation of a number of tests and written expert reports for existing ones.
